Food Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

HRGO Recruitment is seeking 3 x Food Production Operatives to join an inventive, well-established food manufacturer.

Location: Near Bishop''s Stortford (Easy access via M11, A120, and A10)
Pay Rate: -13.00 per hour + weekly holiday accumulation (Progression opportunities available)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 07:30 am - 05:00 pm
Position: 3 x Vacancies available for an immediate start

• Preparing and packing high-end spice food products.
• Operating production machinery (full training provided).
• Keeping your workspace to high quality and hygiene standards.
• Safely lifting and stacking finished products onto pallets.
• Working closely with a friendly, supportive production team.

• Own Transport: A reliable vehicle is essential due to the site''s location.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and great attention to detail.
• Team Attitude: A friendly, team-first approach to daily tasks.
• Experience: Factory or food experience is a plus, but not required as full training is given.
