Shop Floor Operative Location: Evesham, WorcestershireHours: Full Time, Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pmSalary: Competitive Temp to Perm Opportunity The Role We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Floor Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Evesham. This is a varied, hands-on position offering full training and the opportunity to develop within a growing business. The successful candidate will support the production process, helping to ensure high-quality products are manufactured, assembled and prepared for dispatch. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing and assembling products to specification Measuring, marking and preparing materials for production Using basic hand tools safely and effectively Carrying out quality inspections to maintain high standards Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area Supporting the production team with general shop floor duties Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines Person Specification Essential Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual and dependable Good attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Comfortable undertaking practical, hands-on work Desirable Experience Previous experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, assembling products or working in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or warehouse environment would be advantageous, ..... full job details .....
