Food Production Operative

We are currently seeking dedicated Food Production Operatives who are enthusiastic about the possibility of transitioning from a temporary to a permanent position for the successful candidate. The company is willing to provide training, but previous experience in food production, manufacturing, production, or kitchen environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities: As a Food Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your main duties will include: Crafting Products: Using cutting and mixing equipment to create high-quality food products. Transporting Products: Moving products to various locations within the facility using trolleys. Handling Raw Ingredients: Preparing and handling raw ingredients on the production line to ensure they meet our high standards. Reporting Issues: Promptly reporting any faults, machinery issues, and product concerns to the supervisor to ensure smooth operations. Cleaning Equipment: Thoroughly cleaning equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Quality Checks: Conducting quality checks on products to ensure they meet our stringent food safety standards.
