Dynamic, buzzing and friendly people with a passion for food and beverage.Experience in hospitality and customer service; able to represent our renowned service in a casino environment.A strong team player who contributes to a high-performance culture.Main Responsibilities

Complete orders placed by casino waiting staff promptly, efficiently and to the required standard, in accordance with company procedures.Ensure a sufficient supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils is available at all times.Use all equipment correctly and maintain a clean and tidy work area, machinery and utensils.Provide outstanding customer service and guest relations at all times.Rectify customer complaints or address guest queries during shifts.Assist management with team appraisals, service reviews and training.Make recommendations to management to improve guest satisfaction.Assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and stock taking, timekeeping, and handling restaurant bookings and inquiries.Who You Are

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with all guests.Interpersonal skills, methodical and detail-oriented.Ability to promote all areas of the Club and explain services to guests.Previous experience in a customer service environment.Team player with clear and concise English communication.High level of personal integrity and a strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.Respectful, inclusive attitude and a commitment to a culture that supports everyone to be their best.Qualifications and Requirements
