Weandrsquo;re seeking passionate, professional Food andamp; Beverage Stewards to join our elite hospitality team for contract bookings on a world-class luxury train. This is a live-in role during each assigned journey andmdash; a unique opportunity to travel, serve, and grow within an exceptional hospitality environment.

What You''ll Do:

• Provide exceptional Food andamp; Beverage service to guests in line with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Deliver breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner with finesse and attention to detail.
• Work across service areas including restaurant, bar, and pantry, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest arrivals, luggage handling, and general on-board duties.
• Maintain immaculate guest areas, back-of-house zones, and support other departments as needed.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 1andndash;2 yearsandrsquo; experience in a similar Food andamp; Beverage role andmdash; ideally within luxury hospitality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food, wine, and bar service
• A team player with a professional, polished appearance
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English essential; other languages a plus
• Ability to travel for work and live onboard during journeys
• No Holiday booked now until the end of contract

Preferred Qualifications andamp; Skills:

• Hospitality-related qualification (advantageous)
• COSHH awareness
• Strong time management and ability to take initiative
• Adaptability in high-pressure environments
