Aandnbsp;significant 4-star hotelandnbsp;group is looking for aandnbsp;hands-on Food andamp; Beverage Managerandnbsp;to oversee the daily operations of this busy restaurant, bar, and events spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fandamp;B Manager andmdash;or an ambitious Assistant Fandamp;B Manager ready to step upandmdash;who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment with multiple events running at once.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing:

• Leading from the front to deliver exceptional service standards across all outlets
• Managing restaurant, bar, and large-scale events operations seamlessly
• Beingandnbsp;a visible, hands-on operator at peak timesandnbsp;to ensure smooth running of the hotelandrsquo;s Fandamp;B departments
• Driving training and development across the team,andnbsp;ensuring skills, brand, and compliance standards are met
• Controlling costs across payroll, ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage
• Inspiring and motivating your teamandnbsp;to create memorable guest experiences

What weandrsquo;re looking for:

• Experience managing a high-volume Fandamp;B operation,andnbsp;ideally within a busy town or city-centre hotel
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Ability to think on your feetandnbsp;in a fast-moving environment
