Food and Beverage Services Manager - Bedford/MK Borders - Circa 35K Xmas shutdown Are you ready to take your hospitality management career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic Manager to look after a team Our client, a renowned local, professional name within their line of business is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee their food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest experiences. Lead and manage the management team to ensure high standards of service and hospitality. Coordinate and take responsibility in producing the rota to cover all of the necessary shifts Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations. Develop and implement service standards, training programmes, and team motivation strategies including carrying out reviews Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue management. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal departments to optimise service quality. Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, functions, and promotions.
