Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality hospitality services at Alleyn''s School in South London, Dulwich.Working in close partnership with our Event Delivery team, the postholder will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations across the schools commercial outlets

including the café, bar, and events spaces. This includes managing a variety of service formats such as plated meals, buffets, drinks receptions, private functions, and bar services. The role requires a hands-on, proactive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence.This is an all year round position, working 37.5 hours per week across five days (Monday to Sunday), including evenings and weekends.The salary for this role is £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing food and beverage services, strong leadership skills, and a background in customer-facing hospitality or events.
