Overview

Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel is seeking an FandB Duty Manager. As the friendly face of the 494 guest bedrooms, 6 Meeting and Events spaces, Florentine Restaurant and Bar, and illy Caffè, you will lead by example to give guests a memorable experience and ensure the FandB outlets run smoothly.Responsibilities

Ensures our FandB outlets (MandE, Bar, Restaurant, illy Caffè, In-Room Dining, and Breakfast operation) run a smooth service that makes guests want to returnInspires, coachs, and mentors FandB team membersIs passionate about exceeding guests\'' expectationsIs available to work early morning, middle and late shiftsShares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, careHas previous experience working as an FandB Supervisor / FandB Team Leader in a hotelBenefits and Compensation
