The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Ownership: Take total control of the F&B department, implementing your own ideas and systems to elevate the business.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, inspire, and mentor a passionate team, building a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Project Management: Lead strategic operational projects designed to maximise revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless day-to-day service across all restaurant, bar, and private event spaces.
• Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, stock control, and labour costs with an entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset.
