Position: FM Account Manager
Location: City of London
Salary: £75,000 - £79,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

What you''ll do:
 

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met.
• Manage multiple tenants/customers within a complex corporate environment.
• Drive additional works and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services with a strong technical (M&E) focus.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual, financial, and operational requirements.
• Lead with a commercial mindset, balancing cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
