B1/B2 Forklift Truck OperatorLocation: ImminghamPay: 12.21 - 15.07Shifts: 12-hour shifts Overtime availableWe''re looking for a skilled B1/B2 Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support busy warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is essential in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently across site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate B1/B2 counterbalance FLTs (below/above 5 tonnes) to load/unload and move goods to storage or dispatch areasSafely handle heavy pallets, containers, and industrial goodsStack and retrieve stock, ensuring correct rotation and efficient space useLoad and secure goods for transport in line with safety standardsCarry out daily equipment checks and report faults or issuesFollow all Health and Safety protocols, including PPE and risk assessmentsWork closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operationsSkills and RequirementsEssential:Valid FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)Previous experience operating counterbalance forkliftsStrong Health and Safety awarenessPhysically fit and able to assist with manual handling if requiredGood communication and teamwork skillsFull UK Driving LicenceDesirable:Experience in warehouses, distribution, or industrial environmentsBasic literacy and numeracy for record-keepingWhat to ExpectWork both indoors and outdoors (varied environments)Shift-based role (12-hour shifts)Overtime available during peak periodsIf you''re a licensed FLT Operator looking for a stable role with ..... full job details .....
