B1/B2 Forklift Truck Operator
Location: Immingham
Pay: -12.21 - -15.07
Shifts: 12-hour shifts | Overtime available

We''re looking for a skilled B1/B2 Counterbalance Forklift Operator to support busy warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is essential in keeping goods moving safely and efficiently across site operations.

• Operate B1/B2 counterbalance FLTs (below/above 5 tonnes) to load/unload and move goods to storage or dispatch areas

• Safely handle heavy pallets, containers, and industrial goods

• Stack and retrieve stock, ensuring correct rotation and efficient space use

• Load and secure goods for transport in line with safety standards

• Carry out daily equipment checks and report faults or issues

• Follow all Health & Safety protocols, including PPE and risk assessments

• Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth operations

Essential:

• Valid FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent)

• Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts

• Strong Health & Safety awareness

• Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling if required

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• Experience in warehouses, distribution, or industrial environments

• Basic literacy and numeracy for record-keeping

• Work both indoors and outdoors (varied environments)

• Shift-based role (12-hour shifts)

• Overtime available during peak periods
