FLT Operative

We are looking for an experienced-FLT Counterbalance Operative-to join a busy manufacturing and distribution environment.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving the safe movement of products and materials, along with supporting the preparation and packaging of goods ready for dispatch.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating a-Counterbalance FLT-to move and position products and materials
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Preparing products for dispatch
• Strapping and securing packaged goods
• Cutting and preparing packaging materials
• Carrying out general warehouse and yard duties
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment
• Working as part of a busy team to meet daily production and dispatch requirements

About you:

• Valid-Counterbalance FLT licence-essential
• Previous FLT/warehouse or manufacturing experience (in house licence will be considered/expired)
• Comfortable working outdoors when required
• Happy to be in a hands-on role
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
