FLT Operative

We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative to join a busy manufacturing and distribution environment. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the safe movement of products and materials, along with supporting the preparation and packaging of goods ready for dispatch. Key responsibilities: Operating a Counterbalance FLT to move and position products and materials Loading and unloading vehicles safely Preparing products for dispatch Strapping and securing packaged goods Cutting and preparing packaging materials Carrying out general warehouse and yard duties Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment Working as part of a busy team to meet daily production and dispatch requirements About you: Valid Counterbalance FLT licence essential Previous FLT/warehouse or manufacturing experience (in house licence will be considered/expired) Comfortable working outdoors when required Happy to be in a hands-on role Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team Good attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, varied role where no two days are exactly the same. ..... full job details .....
