Lead and manage front-of-house operations on busy shifts, coordinating a large team to deliver first-class service.Coach and develop team members, ensuring high standards of hospitality and safety on every shift.Directly contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining smooth service flow, managing wait times, and upholding Dishoom’s service standards.Collaborate with other managers and staff to ensure efficient operations across the floor and support multi-site outlets as needed.What we’re looking for
Experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar high-volume, multi-faceted bar/restaurant environment over several years.Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety, and a strong leadership style that supports and develops others.Genuine commitment to guest and team happiness, with a people-centred approach to coaching and team development.What we offer
