Fleet Service Advisor

Our client are looking for an Fleet Service Adviser to liaise with internal customers where required, to arrange Service meetings, highlighting to the Fleet Operations Manager.
Key duties include:
- To control and maintain the SLA agreements with internal and external customers/suppliers. To assist in internal and external audits of the fleet and workshop department
- To ensure all vehicles, plant and equipment are held in the vehicle/equipment data base and service records are amended and updated as required
- To liaise with external suppliers for the supply of parts and to ensure they are delivered on time, and meet the correct specification.
- To be responsible for identifying your personal training and development needs in discussion with your line manager. To participate in any training and development activities indentified and agreed as relevant to your personal development and/or your development in your job.
- Carry out all accountabilities in compliance with the Companies Policies and Procedures
- To be the first point of contact for workshop supplier''s queries and service queries to the fleet department.
Shifts are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
This is a temporary position, which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
