Here at GXO, we''re recruiting for First Line Managers (FLM) to support our operation in Sherburn (Leeds). This is a full-time permanent role, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00- 07:00), where you''ll take responsibility for leading operational activity, coordinating teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across the warehouse.
