Field Line Manager

Logic Fire and Security are recruiting a Field Line Manager. We are a trusted provider within the fire and security sector, delivering high-quality maintenance, reactive, and planned services to a wide range of clients. The key purpose of this role is to ensure our engineers are supported in delivering exceptional customer service whilst meeting and exceeding customer KPI and SLA targets. From to time, you may be required to assist our engineers. You ll join the business on a remote basis, with weekly visits to our Knaresborough head office, reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery, with full responsibility for managing a nationwide team of 30 engineers. If you have previous experience within the fire and security industry and a proven background in managing remote engineering teams, we d be keen to hear from you.
