Job Title: Working Fire Stopping Supervisor Location: Slough / Heathrow areaDay Rate: £240.00 £260.00 per dayContract Type: Ongoing / Long-term ContractStart Date: ImmediateAbout the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Fire Stopping Supervisor across the Heathrow and Slough area.This is a hands-on, end-to-end supervisory role. You will bridge the gap between active on-site installation, surveying initial works, and driving project completion and digital sign-offs to hand over compliant installations directly to the client.Key Responsibilities Hands-on Installation: Installing penetration seals, ablative batts, mastic seals, collars, wraps, and compound to strict manufacturer test data and passive fire protection standards. Site Surveying and Scoping: Conducting initial surveys and identifying required passive fire protection measures across commercial site areas. Digital Compliance and Sign-Off: Logging all completed seals, photographic evidence, and QA compliance using Onetrace. End-to-End Delivery: Overseeing day-to-day work quality, managing snagging, completing final sign-offs, and assisting through to practical completion. Site Safety and Coordination: Leading toolbox talks, ensuring high site health and safety compliance, and liaising directly with main contractor project teams. Requirements and Qualifications Accreditations: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Passive Fire Protection (Blue/Gold CSCS) or FIRAS carded/accredited.
