This is a high-profile role where your expertise will directly shape safer communities, influence key decision-makers, and drive the highest standards of fire risk management.What You''ll Be Doing

Acting as the Council\''s competent person for fire risk management, ensuring 100% compliance across the housing stock.Partnering with the Head of Compliance, providing expert advice and innovative solutions to complex fire safety challenges.Overseeing FRAs, inspections, audits, and emergency plans — setting the standard for best practice.Leading collaboration with internal teams, contractors, the London Fire Brigade, and residents to keep safety front and centre.Driving continuous improvement in fire safety strategy, reporting directly to senior leaders.What We''re Looking For

Strong technical knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations.Proven track record in fire risk assessment management within housing or public sector settings.Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels — from contractors to committees.A leader who thrives on accountability, improvement, and delivering results that matter.Why This Role?
