Audit sites and issue reportsReview and address issues highlighted in reports with site teamsManage diaries and coordinate site audits with the Ops senior team and Safety Services to ensure all projects are coveredOwn the company''s health and safety policy and ensure compliance on siteMaintain site structure and filing in line with ISO standardsPrepare monthly HandS reports for the boardSupport sites during pre-start meetings, CPP population, and site setup checksAssist with ISO accreditation audits alongside the senior teamContribute to tender HandS elements such as site setup and logistics planningConduct reactive audits as neededOversee and initially sign off the PQQ system for supply chain (with assistance at the start)Ensure policies are up to date and coordinate with policy writersCollaborate with safety services on WISE systemsParticipate in supply chain HandS meetingsLiaise with the client''s health and safety team on live projectsMonitor HSE website for new legislation and updates relevant to ..... full job details .....
