Fire Safety Manager needed in Lambeth, £272.30 per day

PAYE – Reference: RQ1592162We are seeking a Fire Safety Manager to oversee fire safety compliance in Lambeth. The role involves ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, managing fire risk assessments, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation including the Fire Safety Act 2021, Building Safety Act 2022, and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.Manage digital safety cases using RiskFlag software.Procure, review, and manage fire risk assessments (FRA Type 1).Ensure statutory and non-statutory fire safety responsibilities are met.Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, service providers, internal staff, external agencies, and residents.Assess and recommend improvements based on incoming FRAs to the Head of Compliance.Provide strategic and operational fire safety management across housing stock.This is a full-time, temporary contract role.
