Salary : £51,037 - £59,974.80
Location : Euston/West Ruislip, 3 days on site pw, 2 days from home

This is an excellent opportunity to join the HS2 programme in a client-side capacity, providing assurance and acting as the eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll be supporting the Senior HandS Manager, working closely with the contractor to ensure robust health and safety practices are upheld across a complex and evolving project.
This role is about applying your practical experience to improve on-site safety and management arrangements in real time. You will be on-site 3 days a week, travelling between Euston and West Ruislip as required (expenses covered beyond your base).
Essential
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
Experience conducting or supporting incident investigations on major programmes or within a civils contractor environment
Strong understanding of contractor
HandS management
systems and on-the-ground safety practice
Ability to operate as a trusted advisor and challenge constructively
Background on high-profile civil engineering programmes (e.g. Crossrail, Tideway, Hinkley, Silvertown) desirable.
Exposure to client-side
assurance
or working for principal contractors/Tier 1/Tier 2 contractors
Experience in fit-out, tunnelling or structural civils preferred
