The company provides specialist fire safety advice, inspections and compliance services, supporting clients in maintaining safe buildings and meeting their legal obligations.This is an excellent opportunity for a Fire Door Surveyor with at least 2 years'' experience who is confident managing their own workload, conducting detailed inspections independently and collaborating with a wider team of fire safety professionals.The Fire Door Surveyor''s RoleThe successful Fire Door Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive fire door inspections across a range of properties throughout London, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety legislation and British Standards.Key responsibilities include:Conducting detailed fire door surveys and inspectionsAssessing fire doors against relevant regulations, including BS 8214 and BS 476Identifying defects, non-compliance and remedial requirementsProducing accurate inspection reports with clear recommendationsLiaising with clients, contractors and internal fire safety teamsManaging site visits and workloads independently whilst supporting wider projectsThe Fire Door SurveyorThe ideal Fire Door Surveyor will have:Minimum 2 years'' experience in fire door surveying, inspection or a closely related roleStrong knowledge of fire door ..... full job details .....
