Fire Door Site / Project Manager Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire (site-based) Rate: 300 per day (Temporary) or 50,000 per annum (Permanent) Start Date: Immediate start available Contract: Temporary, Permanent or potential Temp-to-Perm The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Site / Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of fire door installation and replacement works on a large-scale social housing project in Berkshire, predominantly based in Maidenhead. This is a site-based, hands-on management role, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of works from start to finish. You will oversee site operations, ensure the highest standards of health and safety and quality, maintain accurate digital records, and work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the programme runs efficiently and commercially. The position is available on either a temporary basis at 300 per day or a permanent basis at 50,000 per annum, with the potential for a temp-to-perm arrangement for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day site operations of fire door installation and replacement works across a large social housing programme. Carry out daily health and safety checks, ensuring compliance with site procedures and relevant regulations.
