Fire Door Fitter

We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Door Fitter to join a busy team working on social housing properties across London. This is a 3-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the Fire Door Fitter:

• Install and maintain FD30/FD60 fire doors to current regulations and standards

• Work independently across-social housing properties

• Liaise with tenants and housing officers as needed

Requirements of the Fire Door Fitter:

• Proven experience fitting and maintaining fire doors in domestic settings (ideally social housing)

• Valid BM TRADA, FIRAS, or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry

• Must have own van and tools

• Strong understanding of fire safety and building regs

• Ability to start immediately
