Fire Door Coordinator

Our client, a well-established UK-based facilities management company specialising in fire safety, fire door inspections, and general FM services, is currently seeking a Fire Door Coordinator to join their team. This role is based out of their Dartford office and offers a great opportunity to contribute to essential fire safety compliance programmes across various sites. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage fire door inspections, installations, and remedial programmes in line with current fire safety legislation. Prepare accurate quotations for both remedial and installation works. Support the Account Manager by liaising with subcontractors who are dispatched to site, acting as the key point of contact between both parties to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Assist with subcontractor sourcing and manage performance to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard. Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, completed works, and certification. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients on all matters relating to passive fire compliance. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in fire door coordination, ideally with knowledge of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. Ability to interpret inspection reports and develop detailed scopes of work. Strong cost awareness relating to fire door labour and materials, with experience preparing quotes.
