Finishing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Finishing Manager to join a residential developer on a busy housing scheme in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal works and finishing stages of the project, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard and ready for handover. Key Responsibilities Oversee all internal works from 2nd fix through to completion Manage subcontractors and finishing trades on site Conduct snagging and ensure defects are closed out efficiently Ensure plots are delivered on programme and to company standards Coordinate with Site Management and Customer Care teams Maintain high standards of health and safety and quality control Requirements Previous experience working as a Finishing Manager on residential schemes Strong knowledge of internal works and finishing trades Excellent eye for detail and ability to drive quality Ability to manage multiple plots at varying stages SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred The Role Freelance / Contract position Immediate start available Competitive day rate Long-term opportunity for the right candidate For more information or to apply, please get in touch directly. ..... full job details .....
