Finishing ManagerWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a large industrial project. Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the build, managing snagging works, and ensuring all areas are completed to a high standard ahead of handover.Key Responsibilities:Managing and coordinating all finishing and snagging works across the projectWorking closely with subcontractors to ensure defects are completed efficiently and to programmeCarrying out inspections and producing snagging listsMonitoring quality standards and ensuring all finishes meet client expectationsCoordinating with site management, engineers, and trades on a daily basisEnsuring health and safety procedures are followed at all timesAssisting with project handover and final inspectionsDriving progress to ensure deadlines and completion targets are achievedKey Skills:Strong eye for detail and quality controlPrevious experience managing finishing works on industrial or commercial projectsExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving ability and proactive approachKnowledge of construction processes, finishing trades, and snagging proceduresQualifications and Experience:Previous experience working as a Finishing ManagerValid CSCS cardSMSTS or SSSTSFirst AidIf you are an experienced Finishing Manager looking for your next opportunity in the ..... full job details .....
