Finishing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Finishing Manager to join a residential developer on a busy housing scheme in Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the internal works and finishing stages of the project, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all internal works from 2nd fix through to completion
• Manage subcontractors and finishing trades on site
• Conduct snagging and ensure defects are closed out efficiently
• Ensure plots are delivered on programme and to company standards
• Coordinate with Site Management and Customer Care teams
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Finishing Manager on residential schemes
• Strong knowledge of internal works and finishing trades
• Excellent eye for detail and ability to drive quality
• Ability to manage multiple plots at varying stages
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid preferred
