Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd)About the RoleIn your role as Financial Reporting Project Manager, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role provides a great opportunity to project manage the Scheme Annual Report and Accounts (ARA), USSIM and USSL statutory accounts, and the SPV statutory accounts.What You Will Be DoingAs a trusted part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for:Preparing and managing the project plan for the ARA, USSIM/USSL and SPV statutory accounts, including agreement of key milestones and deliverablesManaging key stakeholders and establishing effective working relationships with peers in Finance, Company Secretarial, and those contributing to the production of the front end of the Annual Report and Accounts, including the external design agencyProducing associated governance documents such as the Project Initiation Document (PID), risk register and stakeholder analysisProviding regular reporting to stakeholders to demonstrate project progress against milestonesWorking with the Financial Reporting team to deliver the Scheme Annual Report and Accounts in a timely and efficient manner, to the required level of quality and detail, including monitoring the progress of the verification file as information is receivedActing as the main point of contact with the external agency project manager to ensure alignment and tracking against the planAbout YouWe know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don\''t tick every box.
