As Reporting Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their financial operations, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. You’ll lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory accounts in line with FRS 102, and coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.You’ll play a key role in:Leading the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisPreparing group consolidations and Board Packs for senior stakeholdersManaging statutory accounts and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth audit deliveryOverseeing tax compliance (Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS) and regulatory filingsMonitoring banking covenants and supporting liquidity planning through detailed cash flow forecastingSupporting finance transformation initiatives and process improvementsCoaching and guiding cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance cultureThis role offers a unique opportunity to influence financial strategy, improve processes, and contribute to a values-led organisation.
