Financial Reporting Accountant

Our client is a prestigious, high-performing financial institution with a global presence and an excellent reputation within the investment management sector. They are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Accountant to join their Corporate Accounting team for a fixed term hybrid contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a sophisticated and fast-paced financial environment, supporting the accounting and reporting requirements of a complex structure comprising more than 15 legal entities across the UK, US, Jersey, Singapore, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role will provide broad exposure across corporate accounting, financial reporting, statutory and regulatory reporting, audit and multi-entity consolidations. The Role Working as part of the Financial Reporting Department, you will support the Corporate Accounting team with key accounting operations and reporting deliverables across the group. Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting the monthly close and financial reporting processes across multiple legal entities. • Reviewing accounting operations, including daily activity, month-end close, quarterly and annual reporting and ad hoc analysis. • Preparing and reviewing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules. • Performing detailed reviews of financial statements and ensuring accurate tie-outs to supporting working papers. • Supporting multi-entity consolidation processes and associated accounting requirements. • Working ..... full job details .....
