Head of Group Financial Reporting Role: Head of Group Financial ReportingEngagement: 2 Moth contract with potential to extend Location: UK wide with travel to site when required Overview We are supporting a leading Insurance and Financial Services organisation in the search for an experienced Head of Group Financial Reporting to provide leadership during a critical reporting period. The successful candidate will support Half-Year (HY) Reporting, Financial and Regulatory (FandR) reporting activities, and preparation for the Q3 reporting cycle. This senior contract opportunity requires a highly experienced finance leader with deep technical accounting expertise, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record delivering high-quality reporting within a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Group Financial Reporting activities across Half-Year reporting, Financial and Regulatory reporting requirements, and Q3 preparation. Provide technical accounting oversight and guidance on complex accounting and reporting matters. Review, challenge and approve key accounting judgements, assumptions and disclosures. Ensure the accuracy, quality and timeliness of all regulatory, statutory and management reporting deliverables. Partner closely with Finance, Actuarial, Risk and Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment across reporting outputs.
