Overview

Senior FPandA Manager opportunity with an established recruitment company specialising in the construction industry. The role leads the FPandA function within a growing finance team during an ongoing transformation.Responsibilities

Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning including the organisation’s 5-year plans.Leading monthly forecasts and weekly flash reports, providing variance analysis and guiding the business in adhering to budgets.Managing a small team and performing relevant management duties.Assisting on the final stages of a transformation process the organisation is undergoing.Building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decisions.Streamlining existing processes and driving improvements in financial systems, tools and reporting processes.Presenting regularly to the SLT and Board with a clear understanding of data and ability to source it from various teams.Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for growth.Ensuring compliance with external and internal regulatory reporting and financial policies.Utilising automation and technology to improve financial reporting and analysis.Qualifications

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.Background or understanding of the construction industry is ideal to hit the ground running.Extensive FPandA experience with a strong track record of financial modelling and implementing FPandA tools.Focused on continuous improvement with attention to detail.Effective communicator capable of talking to both finance and non-financial professionals.Experience leading transformation initiatives involving changes to finance processes and strategic decision-making.Working arrangements

The organisation employs a hybrid working model. The successful candidate is required in the office 4 days a week, with potential flexibility. The offices are in North West London with good transport links.Benefits
