Financial Planning Administrator - Hybrid role

We are working with a highly regarded, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm in Exeter who are looking to appoint a Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly and growing team. Key responsibilities: Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records Assisting with the preparation of client meeting packs and reports Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of business Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks About you: Experience within financial services administration or financial planning is desirable Alternatively, strong professional experience in an office-based environment Excellent communication and organisational skills High level of accuracy and ..... full job details .....
