This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of finance, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to enhance governance, strengthen control processes and support ongoing business growth. You''ll have the opportunity to influence change, improve processes and help shape a best-in-class controls environment within a fast-paced and evolving organisation. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you''ll take ownership of the financial controls framework and play a key role in ensuring robust governance across the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading the development and continuous improvement of the financial controls framework. Reviewing, documenting and enhancing key financial processes and controls. Partnering with finance and operational teams to identify control weaknesses and implement practical solutions. Performing control testing and assessing the effectiveness of existing processes.
