Engineering Controls Manager

Working closely with Property, Operations, IT, and Engineering teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering long-term improvements that support operational performance, energy efficiency, and business objectives. Client Details Our client are seeking an experienced Engineering Controls Manager to take ownership of the controls and Building Management Systems (BMS) strategy across a large and diverse estate, including retail and distribution environments. Description Develop and enhance engineering controls and BMS platforms across the estate. Create and maintain industry-leading technical standards aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with technical, operational, property, and IT stakeholders to deliver consistent engineering solutions. Identify opportunities for innovation, simplification, and cost-effective improvements. Lead the development of short, medium, and long-term controls strategies. Build strong relationships with suppliers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders. Produce technical specifications and support the design and delivery of engineering projects.
