Financial Controller - Exeter - £60,000 - £70,000 + bonuses Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been exclusively retained by a long-standing client, a highly successful and rapidly growing business based on the outskirts of Exeter, to recruit a Financial Controller on a full time and permanent basis. This is a key appointment for the business and an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded, qualified accountant to join the senior leadership team and play a central role in the next phase of the company''s growth. Working closely with the Directors, the successful candidate will lead the finance function, strengthen financial controls and reporting and provide the commercial insight required to support continued expansion.The business has ambitious plans for the future and is investing heavily in its infrastructure, systems and people.
