This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious and expanding business where you can make a significant contribution to both operational and strategic objectives.As Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function, delivering accurate financial reporting, robust controls and meaningful management information while partnering with the leadership team to drive financial performance, enhance processes and support the strategic direction of the business.With the business continuing to grow, the role offers genuine opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility and long-term career progression.The responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day operation of the finance functionManage and support a small finance teamOversee sales ledger, purchase ledger and bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reportsManage VAT compliance and statutory reporting requirementsMonitor cash flow and support forecasting activitiesAssist with budgeting, planning and financial analysisDrive process improvements and strengthen financial controlsThe candidate:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or nearing completion of qualificationPrevious experience leading or supervising a finance teamStrong knowledge of management ..... full job details .....
