Commercial Financial Controller-

Reporting to the CFO, this is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a high-growth business and play a key role in driving performance, improving decision-making and supporting an ambitious growth strategy. This is not a role where you''ll spend your days hidden behind spreadsheets.
You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, analysing performance, developing meaningful KPI reporting, identifying opportunities for growth and helping leaders make better commercial decisions. Alongside this, you''ll retain ownership of the financial control and reporting processes that underpin a fast-moving organisation.

The Role Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Production of weekly KPI, trading and performance reports.
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
• Analysis of business performance, profitability and growth opportunities.
• Development of dashboards and management information to support operational performance.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Maintaining strong controls, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity.
• Revenue recognition and financial analysis.
• Managing and developing a direct report.
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting.

About You We''re interested in speaking with qualified finance professionals who enjoy working within ambitious, fast-paced environments.
You''ll ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience as a Financial Controller, Commercial Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner.
• Strong management accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business performance.
• Experience building reporting frameworks, KPIs and management information.
• A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
