Financial Controller

Urgently required experienced Finance Manager / Management Accountant to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the business with accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial control. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines financial management with process improvement and business partnering. This is an onsite role

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports.-
• Manage month-end processes, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting.-
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.-
• Oversee payroll reviews, supplier payments, and statutory submissions.-
• Assist with year-end accounts and external audits.-
• Monitor costs, margins, and business performance.-
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.-
• Support and guide the finance team.

About You

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar finance role.-
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowleddge
• Good Excel and financial systems skills.-
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused.-
• AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA,r qualified by experience.-
