This is a senior, high-visibility role reporting directly into the Group Finance Director, with two Group Finance Managers reporting to you.You''ll be the backbone of the group''s financial integrity - leading audit, tax compliance, statutory reporting and consolidations across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment, while also driving process improvement and technology adoption across the finance function. It''s a role for someone who wants genuine ownership, a seat close to the top table, and the chance to shape how a growing, acquisitive business runs its finances.What you''ll be doingOverseeing month-end and year-end close across the group, and directing the management accounts team to ensure robust processes and consistent qualityLeading the annual group audit as the key point of contact for external auditors, and strengthening the internal control framework across all business unitsOwning UK and US corporate tax compliance, working closely with external tax advisorsSupporting the monthly and annual group consolidation process and overseeing statutory accounts preparation across legal entitiesMaintaining transfer pricing documentation and ensuring timely statutory and regulatory filingsSupporting the ..... full job details .....
