Client Details This company operates within the industrial and manufacturing sector and is based in the Uxbridge area. Description Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives. Oversee cash flow management and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards. Lead the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at senior levels. Manage and develop the finance team to optimise performance. Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and procedures. Profile The successful applicant should have: Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of compliance standards. Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team effectively.
