Your new role Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will take responsibility for leading the finance function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, controls, and commercial insight across the business. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day operations of the finance department. Delivering accurate weekly and monthly management reporting. Providing financial analysis and performance insights to senior leadership. Maintaining and enhancing financial controls, processes, and accounting policies. Supporting business strategy through sound financial decision-making. Managing budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
