Financial Controller

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of a regional finance function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening controls, enhancing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Leading a finance team, you will ensure the delivery of accurate financial information while contributing to the continued growth and success of the organisation. Duties Include: Contributing to the development and execution of business strategy from a financial perspective. Managing the day-to-day performance of the finance department and leading the finance team. Developing and documenting financial processes, accounting policies, and internal controls to ensure compliance and best practice. Ensuring compliance with the latest accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements. Producing accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial reporting for senior leadership and the Board. Providing meaningful financial analysis and insight to support business performance and decision-making. Supporting the preparation of rolling forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.
