Operating across multiple channels, this well-established brand has experienced significant growth and continues to strengthen its market presence through innovation, product development and strategic expansion.Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to lead a talented finance team whilst partnering with key stakeholders across the business. Your new roleAs Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control whilst supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team Managing the month-end and year-end close process Overseeing statutory reporting and audit requirements Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management Driving improvements in financial controls, processes and systems Business partnering with senior leadership teams across operations, sales and commercial functions Providing insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions Managing balance sheet reconciliations and working capital requirements Supporting finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives What you''ll need to succeed ACA, ..... full job details .....
