The Role
Reporting to the Financial Director and leading a dedicated finance team, you will be responsible for the production, consolidation and delivery of financial information at both subsidiary and Group level. This will include providing forecasts and meeting statutory requirements as well as overseeing the continued development of the company's financial and strategic planning systems.
This is an exciting and hugely enjoyable role, joining a high calibre senior executive team, overseeing significant levels of investment and playing a key role in determining the businesses future strategic direction and commercial success.

The Person
This is a role offering tremendous scope and opportunity, combining the need for a practical, hands-on finance professional, prepared to tackle fundamental operational issues, with the experience and credibility to support the management board in their pursuit of greater market share and profitability.
"Hands on" and computer literate, you will have gained your finance experience working within a fast moving, manufacturing environment where you will have demonstrated an ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of a fast growing business, working closely with the senior team to provide insight and clarity, influencing at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Experience of an ERP system implementation, ideally SAP is desirable
