You’d lead and develop the head office finance team and support the Group FD in shaping the function’s strategy. You\''d be responsible for financial control, planning, reporting and compliance at group level, including:Leading the preparation of consolidated monthly accounts, Board reporting packs, and financial commentaryOverseeing all internal and external statutory financial reporting, including preparing the Annual Report and managing the Group auditManaging and improving financial controls and systems to ensure compliance and enable growthOwning head office budgeting, forecasting, and performance review (PandL, balance sheet, and cash flow)Supporting MandA and other strategic projects in collaboration with the Strategy teamProviding insightful financial analysis to the Board, Executive team, and key stakeholdersLeading group treasury activities, cash management, and covenant complianceWorking with and supporting subsidiary finance teams to maximise speed and accuracy of Group reporting requirementsEnsuring accounting standards and regulatory compliance across all subsidiariesActing as deputy for the Group Finance Director as requiredRequired skills and experience

A fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP and FRS 102Proven experience in group reporting, consolidations, and external auditsHands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting and cashflow managementSkilled in communicating complex financial information to senior stakeholders and the BoardExperience leading and developing finance teamsExperience in implementing changes and improving efficiency within the finance functionComfortable working across a multi-entity group structureHighly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial toolsBenefits and working model
